Invenlux chose Veeco as its MOCVD Systems supplier in China LED factory

Invenlux Corporation, a U.S.-based manufacturer of LEDs selected Veeco's multiple TurboDisc(R) K-Series(TM) GaN MOCVD systems to ramp capacity at its factory in Haiyan City, China.

According to Chris Yan, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer of Invenlux, they continue to select Veeco as our supplier of choice for their LED capacity ramp because of Veeco's proven advantage in productivity, and a lower cost of ownership when compared to competitive systems.

Bill Miller, Ph.D., Senior Vice President, General Manager of Veeco's MOCVD Operations, commented, "We are pleased to be Invenlux's chosen MOCVD supplier as they expand production of LEDs, and look forward to supporting their growth strategy."
